3. Services Description

Dotsnc Technologies provides web development, mobile application development, API development, SEO services, digital marketing, and related technology consulting services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our services
• Maintain and promptly update your information to keep it accurate
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with or disrupt the services or servers connected to the services

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for custom development work, you will receive ownership of the custom code developed specifically for your project, subject to any third-party licenses and our right to use it as part of our portfolio.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• Projects may require an initial deposit before work begins
• Payment schedules may be milestone-based or monthly for ongoing projects
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing
• Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services

7. Project Deliverables

We will deliver project deliverables as specified in the project agreement. You are responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables within the agreed timeframe. Delays in approval may affect project timelines.

8. Warranty and Disclaimer

We provide our services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DOTSNC (PRIVATE) LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

We respect the confidentiality of your business information and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• You will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date
• We will deliver all completed work and materials
• Confidentiality obligations will continue to apply

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Faisalabad, Pakistan, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
